The Ben & Florentine – Dartmouth location was delivered as a full interior restaurant fit-out, completed in accordance with brand standards and operational requirements. The project involved comprehensive coordination of all trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and ventilation systems to support full-service restaurant operations.

The scope of work included construction of wall assemblies, installation of flooring, ceilings, painting, wall coverings, and interior finishes throughout front-of-house dining areas and back-of-house kitchen and support spaces. Additional coordination included kitchen equipment services, mechanical and electrical integration, and compliance with applicable codes and landlord requirements.

The completed space provides a functional, welcoming dining environment while meeting the brand’s design intent and operational flow within a commercial setting.
